Our church has just completed a comprehensive study plan of the health and growth of our ministries. We considered where we have been and where we are now and where we need to go for us to grow. We had some very capable help in this area in Dr. Wayne Lipscomb and his organization. He was very thorough in his assessment of each individual area of our church ministries, putting many hours in investigation of the past growth and health of the church. He visited our church field and knocked on doors asking the neighborhood questions about their knowledge of our church ministries. He worked with our members in assessment of their experiences of the past and hope s for the future. Then he came and gave the whole church the results as well as provided some proposals that we might follow to secure future growth.
We are still reeling from the facts he presented us and very excited about our future growth. I highly recommend him to any church that is interested in a true diagnosis of their condition and future growth potential. I welcome any and all inquires into the details of Dr. Lipscomb's work with us.

Wayne Lipscomb is a very thorough and accomplished conference leader. I participated in his conference of "Lead Like Jesus" and he did an excellent job relating the material to our daily lives and leading our organizations. His many years of experience in ministry and in leading people with "spiritual leadership" imminently qualifies him to lead a conference. Wayne qualifies as one who has "been there and done that" and comes across in a very personal, yet not "know-it-all" fashion. Church Transformation Ministries (CTM) greatly helped our church with a qualified and objective consultant. His report created an environment of change necessary for us to begin the forward process to effectiveness. This was a church-wide eye opening experience. Every church, especially the traditional models, needs the expertise of CTM to spur on the necessary next steps toward becoming a healthy kingdom advancing ministry of Jesus Christ. Our church had been dealing with a conflict between two staff members that our Personnel Committee had unsuccessfully attempted to resolve over the course of a few years. We contacted Dr. Wayne Lipscomb after reading about his ministry. We began the process of Biblical peacemaking, and found that its principles were effective. Those involved with the initial phase we entered felt the impact of the training in their lives. The process took patience and resolve, but we were privileged and blessed to see reconciliation and closure to a situation we were simply not equipped to handle without this training and ministry. Dr. Lipscomb was pivotal in the process with sound biblical advice and experience that helped immensely throughout the porcess.
