CTM is a consultant ministry that desires to assist churches in becoming communities of transformation. Everyday that passes it is apparent that the church struggles to make an impact on the communities in which God has assigned it. There are many explanations for this, but three seem to appear most often. The church is not developing servant leaders. The church is not healthy. Conflict continues in the church and even appears to have intensified.
CTM was created out of a God-given desire to see God's churches make a Kingdom impact on the lives of people. It is our desire to see churches transformed to where they are effectively and consistently changing the lives of people and their communities.
Consultant
Dr. Wayne Lipscomb is the president and founder of Church Transformation Ministries. He is a third-generation minister and has served God in both a staff role as well as senior pastor for almost three decades.
Dr. Lipscomb is a certified facilitator for Lead Like Jesus. He also is a licensed and Certified Church Consultant (CCC).
Conflict Conciliation Team Members
Rev. Rick Shoemaker has served in ministry for over 35 years. He is a published author. Rick has completed certification requirements with Peacemaker Ministries as a Christian Conciliator.
Rev. Terry Smith has served in ministry for over 32 years. He is a licensed minister as well as an active lay leader. Terry is very active in his community.
